He ran Rowe Moving & Storage out of it for years. He sold it to KNHP a number of years ago and they allowed me and one of my sisters in to take a tour and some pictures. It was interesting seeing the building without all the carpeting, furniture, and whatnots inside. I have to pictures still and could email them if you're interested.
