		<description>Those cuts in the bolts sticking up look more like a way to keep the nut from coming loose. They look to &quot;clean&quot; to have been cut by someone wanting to scrap the hoist. I would venture to guess the nut had a like cut in it and they would insert a pin or something like that. I could however be wrong.</description>
